These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aivara.agency and the services AIVARA, Inc. ("AIVARA," "we," "us") provides. By using the site or engaging AIVARA, you agree to these Terms.

About AIVARA

AIVARA is a synthetic intelligence agency that deploys multi-agent AI operations into independent businesses. AIVARA does not sell software; AIVARA delivers an operating service. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and guarantees are governed by the written agreement signed between AIVARA and each client.

Use of the website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content for training competing models, or interfere with the operation of the site.

Intellectual property

The AIVARA name, logo, copy, and proprietary methodology (including the AIVARA Routing Engine and tier system) are the property of AIVARA, Inc. The structure, configurations, and orchestration logic AIVARA uses to deliver its service are AIVARA's intellectual property and may not be reverse-engineered, copied, or redistributed.

Client-provided content remains the client's property. Client operational data is processed under the terms of the client engagement agreement.

Guarantee

AIVARA's outcome guarantee — including the "$250,000 in annual cost saved / 20 hours per week back" terms referenced on aivara.agency — applies only to qualifying businesses and is documented in writing in each client's engagement agreement. The website's references are summaries; the engagement agreement is authoritative.

Disclaimer

AIVARA provides services with reasonable care and skill. AIVARA does not guarantee specific revenue or business outcomes outside the metrics documented in a signed engagement. Information on aivara.agency is provided "as is" and does not constitute legal, financial, or operational advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIVARA's total liability arising out of or related to use of the website is limited to the greater of (a) $100 or (b) amounts paid by you to AIVARA in the 12 months preceding the claim. AIVARA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

AIVARA may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date reflects any change.
